As you would expect, many of the deals are mid-week when restaurants are not as busy with regular guests but there are also some standout restaurants offering kids eat free promotions on Saturdays and Sundays

Chili’s
You’ll need to sign up for My Chili’s Rewards and when you do, they’ll email you about the Kids Eat Free promotion. It’s one regular kids meal for each adult entree you purchase. This is for kids 12 and under. You’ll be able to choose from their extensive Pepper Pals menu, which includes items like burger bites, pizzas, pasta, quesadillas and more, plus a side item and drink!
Steak ‘n Shake
Kids 12 and under get a free kids plate. Minimum purchase is required. When they first announced this offer in 2017, it was one free kids meal per $9 spent, but it could increase of course.
CiCi’s Pizza
Kids 3 and under eat free at CiCi’s Pizza any day of the week.
Outback Steakhouse
This restaurant chain frequently posts coupons online for kids eat free with purchase of a regular adult meal.
IHOP
Participation varies by location and can be seasonal. Many IHOP locations offer kids eat free deals for kids 12 and under from 4pm to 10pm.
Golden Corral
Kids 3 and under eat free every day at Golden Corral.
Holiday Inn
